Terms of ServiceGeneral Information:⚝ I have the right to decline any and all commissions that I see do not fit within my terms:
⚝ Uncooperative commissioner
⚝ Constantly changing things and what they want done
⚝ Does not respond in a timely manner⚝ Commissions are personal, there is no commercial license attached to these. You can not use the artwork to sell as merchandise, or resell the artwork itself.⚝ Revisions are fine until the end stages of the product:
⚝ Such as shading, there is no revisions once this process has started
⚝ It is very much asked that you ask for revisions during the sketching and coloring phases⚝ Feel free to ask at any time how your commission is going.⚝ If you have a set deadline, please do let me know so that I can try to work within your deadline and time frame.⚝ Once the artwork is complete, I will send you the final artwork via email with the transparent background.Payment:⚝ Payments are all through PayPal

Or any other online payment systems⚝ All prices are in USD ($), the payment will only be accepted in that amount.⚝ I do require the payment up front.⚝ There are exceptions for larger orders and can be talked about with the buyer.⚝ Commissions will not be refunded once the sketch has been approved.Copyright & Usage Policy:⚝ Non-Commercial commissions do not get the right to use my artwork on merchandise, resale, or sell the artwork itself.⚝ Commercial rights for the artwork is 300% the price of the artwork you are buying:
⚝ This is the price of the commission, plus 300%
⚝ Ex: 50$ commission + 300% = 200$
⚝ If you do not buy the commercial rights, I do retain them for the future.⚝ I have the right to the illustration so I’m free to upload it on my social media’s to promote my work.⚝ You as the customer, have the right to upload the artwork on your social media, use it as profile pictures, banners, etc, as long as it is not used for profit (unless a commercial commission is bought), as long as it is credited to me as the artist.Turn Around:⚝ Turn around time can be anywhere from a week to a month.
⚝ I will inform you if I ever have to take longer than original informed.⚝ If you have a deadline in mind, please let me know so that I can best meet it.
